Increased Bleeding With Multiples?

MANIFESTO

A fellow craft workers and cultural managers:

We are facing a historical moment of transition and political transition in the hopes they green of profound and vital. But while we wonder which country will receive from those who step aside. In fact, I would have preferred more radical changes, but I guess we now the opportunity to pitch to that culture actually reaches the masses will ever be true citizens.
What kind of people we have right now in Paraguay, nearly two centuries of the declaration of independence? I'm going to respond without subterfuge or sweeteners and decaffeinated euphemisms. We agraphic village, near the edge of functional illiteracy, a citizen who is just awakening from a long slump complacent and apathetic, a population with no civic education without adequate food and, in turn dam of the clutches of alcohol, the sleaze, violence and conceptual poverty, without health and unwilling to participate actively in the affairs of state.
And in this turbulent sea of \u200b\u200bconfused beings, a minority-intellectual debate on the brink of sinking into impotence conceptually creative or sectoral conflict due to certain discrimination of the arbiters of culture, which stand as judges and parties for many years. I think sacred cows should give rise to new people and uncontaminated by spurious interests outside the culture. We must begin the transition from within us, to project our legitimate concerns.
We face a historic challenge. Promote-to the appropriate authorities of the new government, a true educational reform, and thus, cultural, education, ranging from elementary to middle and high rich humanistic and civic values, such as to illuminate our grandparents.
What good will a Ministry of Culture, even eagerness to invest in its structure, if the Secretary of State for Education is not working as it should and is built on faulty foundations and members cojitrancos?
But we must start now!
The successive "reforms" made from 1957 onwards, financed by multinational banks (IMF, WB, IDB), only sought an uncritical model, poor, alienated by the media propaganda and mass entertainment that followed. Finally, we gave the coup de grace to the Internet and cell phones, they deserve better use towards cultural promotion, rather than the social pavada alliterative. These last fifty years were the most disastrous, as only the culture of exile came to be gagged creators to walls. Those of us who believe
artists, writers, graphics, music-and the expressive language serves to witness our experiences as a people and say to the world our identity, our duty to work together to reverse the plight of mental castration that has been imposed our young people from distant air-conditioned offices located in the core countries to submit our will to that of the present owners of the western world and Christian?.
and not merely a matter of ideology or nationalist chauvinism, traditional facade. It is to forge a people conscious of their identity, jealous of their cultural, creative, efficient and tireless seeker their own way forward, that's about it. But we must do with our own ways, not beaten or cleared trails and from other latitudes. We must reassess the consensus and solidarity, as well as respect for law and order. But not a hollow and authoritarian order, but an order based on respect for others and, above all, self-criticism rather than self-censorship.
If writers, graphic designers, artists, musicians, poets and practitioners of performing arts come together in this country, it will be. We need to design new reading material, workshops for teachers, motivate students in the joys of shared reading, excited exact science and the beauty of the creations of its references in art and science ... well, I recognize that the road is hard and that the first step is the most tiring, per aspera ad Astra, but we must take right now the first step rather than waste our time looking for sponsors (government, private, or depraved also available) to our facilities, our stage presentations or to publish our books.
Nor should we waste time, more bureaucratic in what are the offices that supposedly are in cultural management. Even require the state to take care of our needs, but help improve the intellectual level of our people. I'd rather dump time to design new curricula in primary education include chess, mathematics, reading comprehensive, universal and national history, philosophy (from the third primary grade), use of oriental abacus (to speed up the mind in abstract calculations) and, especially in a secular education based on respect for the law and civility.
we also teach children and young people to love nature and, above all, to care, creating student clubs to promote environmental and social service volunteer to replace the military as "green brigade" forest guardians, or something. Raise awareness that animals and plants are living beings and helpless as part of the fabric of life and seek other ways of production and development that do not involve the murder in cold blood of forests and wildlife or pollution of our rivers, lakes and streams. I think we need a healthy people, austere, with few superfluous needs, but with a high level of human consciousness.
We must help them know their country, regional customs, but without ignoring the good things in other geographic areas created as part of a universal culture, so they can understand other people and to love humanity as a whole rather than as beings outside our own.
We support incentives for the interest to learn and, above all, discern between right and wrong, between true and false, between the noble and vile.
And above all, we learn, artist brothers, to know each other better and to not discriminate in favor of business interests, and marketing minds. Finally, I would say that this is a project of long-term action, but we have before us an infallible guide to a good driving us: hope. Celso Aurelio
