Bishop Alejandro Goic:

We are writing to you to be a pastor who has the admiration of a majority of Chileans. His moral stature, wisdom to express their convictions overturned our cry for you to represent us raise public awareness to the situation that has now called the Ministry of Education to "think in public education."
