We live in a perplexing paradox: In Santiago and three municipalities are implementing even street lights with solar energy. In the capital the sun does not show all days in this region. However, here we see no such interest. Maybe we got used to have this yellow stain that we can produce skin cancer, while others see the yellow spot at the same sun that we can cover inexhaustible energy. (The fish is aware of the water just outside it).
