QUALITY OF LIFE AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

INTRODUCTION:

The scientific and technological development has provided multiple benefits in all aspects of life. But, this coin shows in the reverse inevitable challenges as well as serious threats to the sustainability of development itself. Nothing and no one can feel invulnerable. Companies, institutions, educational systems are assuming a sense of social responsibility to address the world of people and sustaining development. A machine, an organization can be very powerful but it is obvious that depends on who's driving.
This workshop addresses this situation so that people not only see that "life is becoming more complex, more demanding, more complicated" for the same reason but also acquire a greater understanding of lights and shadows of our conditions of life. This workshop provides people with "tools", theoretical orientations and practices that contribute to clear their way to a most harmonious with its surroundings. Therefore
companies, institutions, educational systems and people at every level we must develop a deep sense of social responsibility in order to privilege the quality of life for all human labor is the best guarantee for sustainable development .

OBJECTIVES:

people to acquire a better understanding of the complexity, costs for quality of life that involve the dynamics of development prevailing.
That people adopt a reflective and creative vision to overcome the vulnerabilities that implies the current pace of life.



SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:

That every person has the opportunity to express themselves, get feedback on how to go and live your world, your environment.
That people more clearly identified the strengths, opportunities, threats and weaknesses in the personal, familial, social, employment, education - children.
That people in a respectful dialogue to develop their vision of finding alternative quality of life.
That people cultivate their ability to "put oneself in another" and enrich their own personality.
people develop sensitivity to the environment.
That people rediscover its being part of nature that brings him one of the most rewarding feelings.

1 .- Workshop: individual and group perception of how we experience our world in its various dimensions. 2 .-
human behavior or behaviors from the perceptions, paradigms, cultural patterns. 3 .-
Workshop reflective experience of feeling as an individual, as a person. 4 .-
qualities of personhood, the locks to their potential.
5 .- Characteristics of the growth, development characteristics. 6 .- When
we communicate, when we report, when we teach, when instructed.
7 .- Workshop: competition - cooperation - solidarity.
8 .- The predicament of an ecological culture.
9 .- The enjoyment and society as a common good
10 .- Workshop feedback for personal development - team and commitment in the areas that we perform.




completion of the course Media workshop:

Methodology:
The sessions will be exhibitions, dialogue, group workshops. Depending on availability sessions are two to three hours.
Duration: 20 hours
Requirement: Interest to participate.
Quantity: 20 to 40 people.
Materials: location that allows group work. Data show. Slate. Folders with the program and leaves to take notes.
Recommendation: It can track monthly at least two occasions for feedback.
